3T RaceMax2 Italia now also available in No Limits Gloss
We had to wait a bit, but it’s finally here: the 3T RaceMax² Italia in No Limits Gloss. A finish that perfectly matches the character of this bike: fast, refined, and uncompromising.
Being able to offer this version genuinely makes us proud. This is exactly what excites us: top-level engineering combined with an aesthetic that is right down to the smallest detail.
What makes the RaceMax2 Italia so special
The RaceMax2 is not a gravel bike that tries to do a bit of everything. It is designed from the ground up with aerodynamics and efficiency in mind, while still offering clearance for modern tire sizes up to 50 mm. This places the RaceMax2 firmly on the sportier end of the gravel spectrum, without sacrificing versatility.
The frame is lighter and stiffer than the previous generation and clearly shows an evolution in design and integration. Cables are fully hidden, the lines are cleaner, and the bike looks purposeful and refined. Everything is designed to maintain speed, on asphalt, on fast gravel roads, and during long all-road rides.
On the road, this translates into an active, compact riding position and a direct, responsive feel. The RaceMax2 encourages you to push the pace, yet remains surprisingly controllable when the surface changes, especially when paired with the right tires and wheels.
Where the idea for No Limits Gloss was born
During a visit to the factory in Bergamo, we toured WPNT, 3T’s own paint facility, after seeing the frame production process. Nearly all 3T Italia frames are painted here. In the middle of the workshop, a rack of glossy Project X frames immediately caught our attention. That shine turned out to come from the primer layer, but it was precisely at this unfinished stage that something special became visible.
The filament winding structure was fully exposed. You could see the carbon exactly as it is meant to be: technical, pure, and unembellished. At that moment, it became clear how much care and precision goes into these frames, even before paint, logos, or final finishes are applied. That was where the idea for No Limits Gloss was born.
No Limits Gloss: technology made visible
The plan was clear: a high-gloss Project X finish that preserves the technical character of the frame. Finished with subtle matte logos and a calm accent color that aligns with the BikeSuperior visual identity. A small detail on the chainstay indicates that this is a special edition.
No Limits Gloss is not a traditional paint layer, but a high-gloss primer combined with matte logos. This keeps the carbon structure visible and highlights the lines of the RaceMax2 Italia beautifully, without becoming flashy. Depending on the light, the bike looks slightly different each time, but always calm and technical.
An important detail: No Limits Gloss is a factory finish, available exclusively through BikeSuperior. This is not an aftermarket solution, but a finish conceived, painted, and delivered by 3T itself.
Beyond its appearance, this finish also offers a practical advantage. Dirt adheres less easily and the bike is simpler to clean, a valuable benefit for a gravel bike designed to be ridden intensively, in all conditions.
Exclusively available
No Limits Gloss framesets are available for the 3T RaceMax2, 3T Strada, and 3T Extrema.
