With PRIMO2, everything starts with the tyre. 3T designed the frame around real (measured) tyre sizes and real-world riding scenarios. Thanks to the generous tyre clearance and the choice between 700c and 27.5" wheels, you can build your PRIMO2 exactly the way you ride: a fast all-road setup, a capable gravel machine, or something in between. The original fast gravel bike, reinvented

The first Exploro put aero gravel on the map. PRIMO2 WPNT builds on that legacy with a frame that has been tested in the wind tunnel not only at 48 km/h, but also at realistic gravel and singletrack speeds. The Squaero profiles around head tube, down tube, fork and seat tube guide the airflow past wide tyres and even around your bottles, giving you aerodynamic gains on both tarmac and gravel.

Adjust your tyre choice!

If you mainly ride tarmac and light gravel, a 700c wheelset with 35–40 mm tyres is ideal: fast, efficient and still comfortable. For more grip and control on rougher routes, choose a 27.5" wheelset with tyres around 47–51 mm. The dropped chainstay on the drive side creates extra room between tyre, crank and frame, even when running wide tyres.
