The Factor Sarana is a gravel bike for ultra-distance racing, long endurance rides and self-supported adventures. It combines speed, control and practical features for riders who want to keep moving efficiently over serious distances.

Factor Sarana: speed for long-distance gravel riding

The Factor Sarana is built for gravel riders who want to go further without giving up speed. This gravel bike is made for ultra-distance racing, long endurance rides and self-supported adventures where efficiency, control and reliability matter.

The Sarana combines the direct feel of a fast gravel race bike with the composure and practical features needed when a ride is measured in days rather than hours. From fast gravel events to rough routes far from home, this Factor is designed to maintain momentum across changing terrain.

Geometry for endurance and control

The geometry of the Factor Sarana is tuned for sustained high-speed riding. Its stack and reach balance supports an efficient, sporting position that remains manageable when fatigue starts to build.

A stable wheelbase and carefully considered trail provide confidence on loose gravel, poor roads and rough sections. At the same time, the Sarana remains responsive and agile enough for competitive gravel racing and technical terrain.

Comfort without sacrificing responsiveness

Comfort matters on long gravel rides, but a fast bike should never feel dull under power. That is why the Sarana uses a leaf-spring seat-stay system with dropped seatstays and controlled flex through the rear of the frame.

This construction helps reduce vibration and smaller impacts from rough gravel while maintaining lateral stiffness when you accelerate. The 425 mm chainstay length remains consistent across all frame sizes, helping the rear of the bike feel compact and responsive.

Wide tyre clearance for fast and rough terrain

The Factor Sarana offers clearance for tyres up to 57 mm, or 29 x 2.2 inches. This gives you the freedom to tailor the bike for fast gravel races, rough ultra-distance events and longer routes where extra grip and comfort are valuable.

A faster-rolling tyre setup works well for hardpack and flowing gravel roads. More tyre volume adds traction, control and comfort on loose terrain, rooty sections and technical routes.
