After your online order with BikeSuperior, we get straight to work. We confirm your order by e-mail and start collecting the chosen products. Once everything is ready, we assemble the bike or parts if necessary. Then your order will be carefully packed and shipped. You will receive a track & trace code to follow the delivery. Have you chosen a custom build? Then we will keep you informed about the build process, from frame selection to assembly, so you will know exactly when your unique bike is ready.
After your order, our warehouse team gathers all the necessary parts and prepares them for the workshop. In the workshop, the bike is fully assembled and extensively tested. Then the bike goes to the packing station in the warehouse, where it is carefully packed. Accessories are added to the box, after which the bike is shipped to a destination in the Netherlands or worldwide. This way, we make sure your bike arrives safe and complete.
