During long-distance adventures or multi-day stage rides, comfort on the bike is the key to success. The new Exo Thermo Adventure bib shorts are designed to deliver outstanding comfort over long routes, with the added benefit of extra pockets to carry more essentials.
Our goal was to create a cycling short that is lightweight and comfortable, yet warm enough to protect against the cold and ensure uninterrupted training. The Thermosystem Ketaren fabric meets these requirements perfectly. Made from ultra-light fibers, it provides warmth and protection from cold conditions. These quick-drying fibers efficiently wick moisture away while offering a soft, comfortable feel against the skin.
The fit has been specifically engineered to maximize long-distance comfort and make it easier to carry essential items during your ride. The panel construction delivers moderate compression, with no seams on the inner thighs, ensuring a precise fit that stays perfectly in place all day long. The micro-perforated fabric used on the back and shoulders enhances breathability while providing a cool, fresh sensation.
Two ergonomic pockets, one on each leg and one at the lower back, allow you to safely carry nutrition or small essentials, offering greater capacity and easier access than a backpack.
For the chamois, we use Etxeondo’s Precision & Movement technology, which gives the Eraso chamois its perfect anatomical shape, allowing it to adapt seamlessly to both the rider and the garment. The chamois is stitched into the bib shorts using elastic thread, enabling the seam to move naturally with the fabric.
The Eraso chamois is made from a single piece of high-density hydrophilic foam that is fully breathable and moisture-wicking, keeping the body dry at all times. The foam’s properties help absorb shocks while pedaling, and a central channel relieves pressure in the perineal area. The outer microfiber layer reduces skin temperature caused by friction. No glues or prints are used to prevent allergic reactions or overheating, and the chamois features antibacterial properties.
